Sagatavošana
- Cut the avocado in half. Hollow out the pit and enough flesh that it will fit an egg.
- Cut off a small piece from the bottom of the avocado to keep it standing still. Cover it with smoked salmon.
- Crack the egg and fill the avocado with it.
- Season to taste.
